Al-Khidmat is always the first to help that community which is ignored in many aspects. For that it has run various campaigns to provide requirements of life enjoyed by others but lack in some people lives.
Approximately 185,000 people benefit from these campaigns every year.

Zabiha (Qurbani) Program

To engage the poor and deserving in the activities and happiness of Eid, Al-Khidmat distributes sacrificed shares among oppressed Muslims every year.
From January 2003 to June 2004, 200 cows were sacrificed, 30,000 benefited through this project and Sacrifice Program for Kashmir and Afghanistan
Shares from sacrifice were taken for refugees of Kashmir and Afghanistan.10,000 refugees were benefited.

RAMADAN

Assayam project

During the holy month of Ramadan Al-Mubarak, Al-Khidmat organizes special campaign to distribute ration in deserving families. Approximately 10,000 food bags were distributed among 50,000 people in the year 2005.

RAMZAN PROJECT

To involve poor & destitute in pleasures of Eid, Sadqa Fitr was distributed among 5,000 people approximately.
