Provision of primary healthcare to the masses is one of the major concerns of Al-Khidmat. Since its inception it has stepped up various primary healthcare projects and its Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) are also among them.

Approximately 100,000 people benefit from the PHCs every year. The patients are charged with nominal fees as the PHCs are run on no-profit-no-loss basis.

Allopathic Clinics (OPD)
Day and night O.P.D facilities are available at the allopathic clinics. In the year 2005, approximately 210,000 patients benefited from these basic health units. FIVE Specialist Clinics have also been started on selected centers.

FREE MEDICAL CAMPS
In the year 2005, Al-Khidmat organized 45 free medical camps for eye, diabetics, blood pressure, blood group, free laboratory test etc. at Al-Khidmat health centers in Karachi and interior Sindh. Approximately 10,000 deserving people benefited.
